Su Murakami Packaging Design -the Story of Creation

This is the package design for fish pizza made from rice dough. This packaging was a challenging project for our team. There are thousands of pizza packaging designs in the modern food market. Most are of the same type. 

We decided to make our design distinctive and specific for the product. This local pizza is made from selected high quality rice.

In the oversaturated market of pizzas we tried to stay authentic to Japanese culture and made fish as a main ingredient. The design of the box was inspired by Japanese culture, keeping the design nice, simple and minimalistic.
